The restaurant was pretty good for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. Truly enjoyed that it was beautifully maintained. The location was particularly good and I could use free parking on site.

Their staff were exceptionally rude.

The ONLY thing that I might recommend to the hotel mgt. is to dispense with the music that is piped to the street on a periodic basis... Sounds kinda cheesy... Everything else was great... Beds were super comfortable...

Really good staff made our family getaway nice, especially Erica at the front desk, were great to ensure our comfort. The spacious and clean Family Studio provided a relaxing retreat after our Disneyland adventures. Free parking is a notable perk, and the restaurant served good and healthy dishes. The pool area felt a bit small during peak times, and noise from outside sometimes interrupted our peace.

The location and the staff

The bed comforter had a couple of stains we had to cover it with our own sheets and the lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were expired.

We had a fantastic four-night stay! The pool was super clean, and we loved being a quick 10-minute walk from the parks. There's an awesome Starbucks across the street. A few great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially watching the fireworks from our room!

Everything was great to start..we had an early checking at 10:00 am... ..Laura at the front desk was amazing ..she had a great attitude and was very patient with us.she has great customer service.. laura and yvonne .. went beyond to give us the best service...they have a great attitude and they always had a smile. The room was super clean.....Super comfortable beds.pillows and towels...the shower was specious. The cleaning crew.thx for your hard work....great job on cleaning the rooms..everyone in the hotel was very friendly as well..the hotel very close to Disneyland..restaurants and stores....the food in the restaurant was delicious the chilaquiles and eggs benedict were so good!!! Oh..as well the free parking is great...its gated and that's that's a big plus..it's a great hotel. I would stay again and recommend it...to everyone...:) we had a great experience! !!

The wifi was very slow..had to reboot a few times...
